Every brand should post around 3–5 core themes. For example: Educational, Behind-the-Scenes, Promotional, Inspirational, and Community. This keeps your feed varied and strategic.
Quality beats quantity every time. For Instagram: 3–5 feed posts per week + daily stories is a solid rhythm. Reels 1–2x per week for reach. Show up consistently, not constantly.
You have 150 characters to tell someone who you are, who you help, and what to do next. Make sure your bio includes what you do, who you serve, and a clear call to action.
